Each call to a Nexim API endpoint counts as one request. A single feature — such as HS classification or FTA optimization — may involve multiple API calls behind the scenes (e.g., classification + validation + duty lookup). All individual calls count toward your monthly quota. Batch operations that process multiple items count one request per item processed.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the Subscription page in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.

No. The web app gives you full access to all Nexim features from your browser. The desktop app is available for users who prefer offline-first processing with on-device AI — both are included in every plan.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange wire transfers or invoicing for Enterprise customers.
